Shipping policy

We ship from Wellington, New Zealand to customers in New Zealand and Australia. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping rates

• New Zealand: NZ$8, or free on orders of NZ$75 and over
• Australia: AU$20, or AU$10 on orders of AU$150 and over

Processing times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. If an item needs more time, we’ll let you know.

Delivery times

• New Zealand: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Australia: international delivery times vary and are outside our control. Your parcel may take longer to arrive than a domestic order, particularly at busy times of year.

All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Customs, duties and GST (Australia)
We don’t expect any extra duty or GST to be charged on delivery for orders under A$1,000.
